1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order details and clear images of the issue.

  • Once approved, our team will arrange for the item to be picked up from your location.

  • Returned products will be inspected before processing a replacement or refund.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for returned items that meet the eligibility criteria.

  • Refunds will be provided in the form of cash at the time of return pickup or as per the agreed method with the customer.

  • If an exchange is preferred, we will arrange a replacement instead of a refund.
